Pattern Review & Sample By:  Bonnie Goodrich of Red Thread Designs "This beautiful apron is truly a labor of Love.  The apron construction is relatively easy for someone familiar with quilting as well as garment sewing.  The pattern is well written with clear illustrations.  The hand applique template must be pieced together (not unusual) and the pattern for the scalloped bottom must also be traced onto larger paper (I used doctor's exam table paper).  This piecing and tracing may deter some people, but the result of such a stunning apron is worth the little bit of extra time and effort.  It can easily be made without the applique as well.  It earns 5 out of 5 stars from me!"
